By subscribing to our services at ForCreativeMarketing, you agree to our refund policy, which states that all services are non-refundable. This is due to the customized and digital nature of our offerings, as well as the manual effort involved. Please note, we are not a full-service agency, but rather a cost-effective creative services subscription that operates on a month-to-month basis, which can be cancelled at any time.
While we are committed to delivering high-quality work, our service is not a "pay only if satisfied" model. Payment is for creative work that is based on your brief, revisions, and feedback. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as marketing success, engagement, or business growth, but we do ensure that your requested revisions are implemented.
Our services are subscription-based, meaning that once your payment is processed, we allocate resources and reserve time for your project. Therefore, failure to utilize the service does not qualify for a refund, either full or partial.
Creative Deliverables
In the event that you're not satisfied with the deliverables, refunds will not be provided. However, we are happy to make revisions to meet your expectations. Once the deliverables have been approved, no additional changes will be permitted.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Client Portal by selecting 'Manage Subscription.' Please note, early cancellations do not qualify for prorated refunds. If you forget to cancel and are billed for the next cycle, we are unable to offer a refund as work will have already commenced on your new batch of content.
Subscription Renewal
All services at ForCreativeMarketing operate on a recurring subscription model, meaning you will be billed automatically each month. Once your subscription renews, it is non-refundable, and you will receive the content for that billing period as outlined.
Performance and Results
Creative content is only one aspect of business success. We do not guarantee business results such as growth, engagement, or financial returns. As a creative service provider, the final approval of our work lies in your hands, and many factors influencing success are beyond our control. You are paying us for the creative output that is produced in line with your feedback and requirements.
Onboarding and Refunds
Failure to complete the onboarding process does not entitle you to a refund. However, we may offer to convert your payment into credits for future services. Refund requests immediately after completing the onboarding questionnaire will not be accepted as we begin working on your project as soon as production starts. Depending on timing, we may offer to convert your payment into service credits, should you prefer.
Technical and Scheduling Issues
Our core service is the creation of social media content. Posting and scheduling are complementary, value-added services, and any issues related to these do not qualify for refunds. We will assist in resolving technical issues, but no compensation will be offered.
If you encounter issues connecting your social media accounts to our scheduling platform, it will not warrant a refund. Should we be unable to resolve the problem, you are responsible for manually downloading and posting the content. Posts cannot be scheduled until your social media accounts are properly connected.
We are not responsible for posts being removed by platforms (due to account suspensions, industry restrictions like cannabis or weight loss, etc.), and no refunds will be provided for such cases. You are accountable for approving content before publication, and for ensuring your social media connections are functional. If posts fail due to disconnections, we can reschedule them once the issue is resolved or you may choose to post manually.
Errors and Mistakes
While we implement thorough quality assurance processes, occasional mistakes may happen. It is your responsibility to review and approve content carefully. We do not offer refunds for minor errors such as typos, incorrect details, or posts being scheduled for the wrong date. If content cannot be posted because the intended date has passed, we are happy to create new content to replace it, but no refunds will be issued.
Delays and Communication
Delays on the client's end can lead to complications, but they do not warrant refunds. Any delays caused by ForCreativeMarketing will not result in a refund either, but we can adjust the billing cycle to account for lost time.
If we do not receive feedback or approvals within 30 days of submitting content for your review, we will proceed with creating the next round of content for the following month. If more than 30 days have passed without approval, revision requests for that batch will no longer be accepted.
Credit Card Disputes
By subscribing, you agree not to dispute your payment for reasons covered in our terms and conditions. If a dispute is initiated, all content delivered during your subscription will be deleted automatically. Disputes also result in a halt to all work, communication, and credits.
In the event that a dispute is resolved in your favour, contrary to our policies, we will issue an invoice for the disputed amount and any associated fees. Failure to pay this invoice will result in your account being turned over to collections and reported to credit bureaus.
Blackmail and Threats
We do not tolerate any attempts to bypass our refund policy through blackmail, such as threats of disputes or negative reviews. Should this occur, we reserve the right to pursue legal action. Review platforms typically have policies against using reviews as leverage, and any unjust reviews may be removed or lead to user bans.
